Real estate is my full time business. I do this all the time, yet things I know and take for granted are not necessarily known by my clients. I realized things I’d learned over the years in real estate, as an investor and as a business executive, could benefit my clients. As a result, I started to pull together experiences I’d had and knowledge I’d gained and sat down to write a book. My goal for the book was to help others with less experience, or those who hadn’t purchased or sold property in a long while, understand the process and help think about decisions they’d need to make in order to maximize the sale of their home. Thus, I became an author.
