When I work with a buyer, I give them exceptional service. In return, I ask my clients for their loyalty to me. My income is derived from completing a transaction for my client. Anything less and I do not get paid. So, since I am giving my all to help my clients, I ask them to notify any other real estate agents they come in contact with that they are working with me. If they see an open house without me, that's fine. Just give the other agent my card or sign in with my name and company. That way, I can continue to provide exceptional representation. My work with my clients is based on mutual trust, and I like it that way!
Sherman Oaks, Encino, Studio City, Tarzana and the surrounding areas of Los Angeles have such a great variety of property that finding your special home should be a relatively easy process of elimination, exclusion and focus. Once we've eliminated the types of homes and the areas, we can exclude those from future searches and focus in on the right type of home in the area in which you want to concentrate. Do you want a special style of home? We have them all! Do you want to be in the hills or in the flats? If you want to look in the hills, do you still want to be on a flat lot, a flag lot, an upslope or downslope lot? The area known as the Studio Corridor is generally defined as the foothills south of Ventura Boulevard and includes the area of Los Angeles in the 90068 zip code, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino and Tarzana. Some people also think the corridor extends into Woodland Hills and Calabasas. The area is large and encompasses some wonderful parks, hiking trails, wilderness areas and much of the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy lands. 90068 is in an area adjacent to the HOLLYWOOD SIGN and the Lake Hollywood reservoir. Wilacre Park off of Laurel Canyon is an area for congregation, picnicking and hiking. Coldwater Canyon has 2 wonderful recreation areas, The Tree People and Franklin Canyon. The Tree People have built facilities in recent years for education, outreach and have developed extensive hiking trails. Franklin Canyon serves as an educational center, has an eagle breeding program, nature center and hiking trails. Both areas have extensive volunteer programs and welcome new volunteers to help with a myriad of programs. Further west are numerous additional parks and hiking trails within the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy.
In addition to the activities in the Mountains and foothills, nearby are public and private golf courses, lakes, boating facilities at Balboa Park, a Teahouse at the Sepulveda Basin Recreational area along with the Tillman Water Reclamation Center and gardens. There are still horse trails in the Tarzana area. All of these facilities and areas are reasons why people love to live in the Studio Corridor! And, if that's not enough, the area is full of shopping, from quaint boutiques to regional malls. The two largest malls are Sherman Oaks Fashion Square and the Sherman Oaks Galleria. The area is also peppered with wonderful night spots and theaters including comedy clubs, serious theater, jazz clubs and restaurants. The Studio Corridor is a wonderful place to live!
